Long Beach Rodeo back in the saddle
LONG BEACH, Wash. — The 77th annual Long Beach Rodeo, presented by the Peninsula Saddle Club, kicks off Friday evening with a 6:30 p.m. downtown parade. A cowboy breakfast will be served between 7 and 11 a.m. Saturday at the clubhouse, followed by the Northwest Professional Rodeo at 1 p.m. with competitions in bareback, saddle bronc, bull riding, breakaway roping, calf roping, team roping, steer wrestling and barrel racing. Seattle, WA (July 19, 2024) – Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm, today announced it has topped out Kaye, its 260,619 square foot, 31-story, multi-family tower located on the 2200 Block of Fourth Ave in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Skanska is both building and developing the residential tower, which includes 6,100 square feet of neighborhood “living room” spaces and ground floor retail. Construction on Kaye began in Winter 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2025.
