Jennifer Pedranti’s ex-husband, William Pedranti, accused her of telling lies about him on Real Housewives of Orange County that ruined his reputation as part of his plea to cut off her spousal support, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, William, 52, requested that the $1,735 per month he pays Jennifer, 47, in spousal support be terminated. He also asked that the $4,674 per month he pays in child support to be reduced.

As In Touch first reported, Jennifer and William were married from 2002 until 2021. William filed for divorce in March 2023 only weeks before Jennifer’s RHOC debut. Jennifer and William settled their divorce in June.

The exes agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their four minor children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic. The order said the children would live with Jennifer.

In his new motion, William said he made $5,546 in wages and another $12,740 in self-employment income last month. William is an attorney who also is the CEO of a company called Visgenx.

He said he believes Jennifer pulls in around $8,000 per month from Bravo and other sources of income. He said his average monthly expenses total $14,320.

William said he had a “significant reduction in” salary due to his “employer needing to conserve capital resources.”

In his declaration, William said their son Dawson started living with him solely in March. He said he covers all his expenses including car payment, auto insurance, health insurance, cell phone, gas, food and all other needs.

He said the original divorce settlement requires him to pay $587 per month in support for Dawson. He said at the time Dawson lived with Jennifer. In addition, William said that his income drastically decreased since the original order.

He asked that the $4,674 per month in child support he currently pays be reduced by $587.

On top of that, he pointed out that Jennifer got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Ryan Boyajian in April.

In his declaration, William said Jennifer moved in with Ryan after facing issues with rent at her own place

William said, “She moved in with Ryan because she did not pay rent on her lease [at a home in Ladera Ranch, California]. I am not party to the lease agreement. Jennifer signed the lease agreement without first notifying me. If she had notified me beforehand, I would not have agreed to the terms of the lease (particularly the amount). We agreed to an uneven split of the amount of the rent since the children would be living there. Jennifer was not able to contribute anything toward the rent, and therefore, the rent was not able to be paid.”

William said he believes Jennifer doesn’t pay a ton of expenses at Ryan’s home. He said he doesn’t believe the court was aware that Jennifer was living with Ryan when it ordered him to pay $1,735 a month in spousal support.

He accused Jennifer of consistently harassing him to try to meet in person despite him repeatedly “asking her to stop.” He said he asked her several times not to come to his residence.

He said Jennifer came to his home on August 29 to try to speak to him. He said she has come to his home on a previous occasion too. William wants the court to order her to not come near his home. “This is harassment and an invasion of my privacy,” William said.

In addition, William accused Jennifer of violating the provision in their divorce deal stating they would not disparage the other. He said that Jennifer had “made multiple disparaging comment and lies about me on the Bravo TV show as well as in national media interviews. Including negative comments about my relationship with my kids. My reputation has been adversely affected by this. I have also had to have conversations with the children about it as well.”

William said Jennifer spoke publicly about his financial situation and “information that was shared with her” in the divorce which he said caused “damage to his reputation.”

As In Touch first reported, days before William’s motion was filed, Jennifer demanded her ex-husband appear in court for an examination of his finances. The battle is ongoing.

On top of the divorce, Jennifer and William were also dragged back to court in a separate lawsuit over the RHOC star’s yoga studio over claims they breached a settlement over unpaid rent.

Why do these women go on these shows? if it's their job because their husband's divorce them, then keep your mouth shut to protect your family. However Tamra needs to be fired, she's a pig, always getting drunk taking her cloths off and then go after the weakest links
