ULYSSES — This past weekend, the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum showed just what woodhicks were made of as the Bark Peelers’ Festival was held here. The weekend featured skills that woodhicks, loggers and wood laborers, would use in their everyday day lives like burling, crosscut sawing and log skidding.
