Lancaster: On the morning of Saturday, October 5, 2024, Conservation Officers from the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department located a missing man submerged inside of his vehicle in the Connecticut River near the Mt. Orne covered bridge.
Conservation Officers Respond to Multiple OHRV Crashes in Coos County
Fish and Game conservation officers were called to three separate OHRV crashes in the span of one hour on Saturday in Coos County. At approximately 5:50 p.m., a call came in advising that a man had crashed an ATV on private property off Abigail Circle in Jefferson. The man was reported to be sitting up but suffering from unknown injuries. A Conservation Officer began a response to the scene but had to divert five minutes later to respond to another crash at Jericho Lake State Park in Berlin.

The growth in the system was one of the reasons one member of the legislative Education Freedom Account Oversight Committee called for greater accountability for how the growing amount of taxpayer dollars is being spent on the program.

HAMPSTEAD – Troopers are searching the area of Hampstead Hospital & Residential Treatment Facility for a missing 15-year-old boy who is a patient at the facility. The teenager was last seen wearing maroon joggers and a white button-down shirt. Report sightings of anyone matching the description in the area to 911.
