Aaron Judge swats 50th, 51st homers as Yanks rout Rockies
Aaron Judge hit his 50th and 51st homers to lead the New York Yankees to a 10-3 victory over the visiting Colorado Rockies on Sunday afternoon. Judge joined Hall of Famer Babe Ruth along with Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa and Alex Rodriguez as the fifth player to reach 50 homers at least three times. Ruth, McGwire and Sosa each achieved four 50-homer seasons while Rodriguez had three, including 2007 when he hit 54 with the Yankees.
Town seeks information on residential and commercial insurance experiences
Estes Valley residents and business owners are encouraged to provide feedback to the Town on their experiences with residential and commercial property insurance. The Town Board has heard concerns from the community about access and affordability. In an effort to gather information on the effects of the property insurance markets in Estes Park, the Town has developed a brief survey, which is available at surveymonkey.com/r/RQVN8WW. The 10-minute survey is anonymous and requires respondents to provide some basic information about their property insurance. It will be open through Sept. 13.

Commerce City Warehouse Fire Extinguished, No Injuries Reported and Roads Reopened
A significant industrial warehouse fire broke out in Commerce City early Saturday morning, emitting a voluminous cloud of black smoke that blanketed the area.
