Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at K-TOWN Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, a lively spot where you can indulge in an all-you-can-eat feast of Korean BBQ and hot pot right at your table. The restaurant offers a vast selection of meats, including beef brisket, short ribs, and pork belly, along with a variety of seafood like shrimp and squid. While the beef and pork were satisfactory, the seafood truly stood out as fresh and flavorful. The buffet also includes a range of fruits and homemade drinks, though the latter come at an extra charge.

The atmosphere is buzzing, enhanced by some high-tech fun like a drink-serving robot and a digital cotton candy maker, which the kids absolutely loved. However, the service could use some improvement. Despite the abundance of staff, getting their attention was a challenge, and there were delays in service from refills to plate changes. The sides and sauces were a bit limited, and it would have been more convenient if sauces were served directly at the table.

Despite these hiccups, the experience was enjoyable, especially with the novelty of cooking your own selection of meats and veggies on the grill or simmering them in a flavorful hot pot broth. It's a great spot for a fun and interactive dining experience, just be sure to arrive early to avoid the long wait.
