My recent visit to Mori Sushi was a mixed bag of experiences. The restaurant's atmosphere and service are its strongest points, with staff members who are both professional and friendly, making you feel welcome right from the start. I decided to try a variety of dishes to get a comprehensive taste of what they offer. The sushi here comes highly recommended, and I found it to be the highlight of my meal. The flavors were fresh, and the presentation was meticulous, making it a delightful experience.
However, not all was perfect. The ramen, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. Both varieties I tried lacked depth in the broth and the pork belly was disappointingly dry. Additionally, some of the other dishes like the takoyaki and gyoza seemed to suffer from minor execution errors, not living up to the otherwise high standards set by their sushi.
Despite these culinary missteps, the welcoming service made the visit worthwhile. If you're planning to drop by, I'd suggest sticking to their sushi offerings and enjoying the warm ambiance and attentive service that Mori Sushi is known for.
