Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Brothers Bar & Grill, an authentic Burmese family-run restaurant known for its unique dishes like Char Away Teow Noodles and Kya Zan Hinga noodle soup. The atmosphere is vibrant, perfect for sports fans, with a great interior and an energetic vibe, though the music can be a bit loud at times. The food generally impresses, with dishes like the queso chicken wrap bursting with fresh veggies and well-cooked chicken, and the bacon cheeseburger which was a hit! However, the experience isn't without its hiccups. Service can be hit or miss; during one visit, the wait to be seated and served was longer than expected, and there were mix-ups with the orders. Despite these issues, the staff did their best to rectify the situation, apologizing and attempting to make amends. While the chips and fries might not always hit the mark, being too salty or not as warm as desired, the overall flavor of the main dishes usually makes up for it. If you're looking for a lively spot to enjoy some unique Burmese flavors and don't mind a bit of unpredictability with the service, Brothers Bar & Grill is worth a visit.
