Although independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. suspended his campaign last week and endorsed former President Donald Trump, he will remain on Indiana ballots for the 2024 election this November.

Kennedy submitted enough signatures in July to make the presidential ballot in Indiana, and the ballot removal deadline for the general election has already passed, according to the Indiana Election Division.

In remarks on Friday , Kennedy said he planned to remove his name from ballots in some battleground states where he could impact the outcome of the election.

Trump, a Republican, faces Vice President Kamala Harris later this year after Democratic delegates chose her to replace President Joe Biden on the ballot.
