Bite Shaq's face. After pizza, chicken and burgers, here's another Shaquille O'Neal food

Shaquille O’Neal is into gummies.

Not in the way the average consumer might be. The retired NBA great now has oversized gummies shaped like his face with the launch of Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies.

The gummies come in two varieties – Shaq-a-licious Original, molded in Shaq’s face; and Shaq-a-licious Sour, coming in three shapes that nod to his nicknames: Diesel, The Big Cactus, and the Big Shamrock.

The original candy features peach, berry punch and orange flavors, while the sour edition has pineapple, mixed berry and watermelon flavors.

The candy, rolling out to major retailers this month, is part of a partnership with The Hershey Company. The company said the 15-time NBA All-Star was hands-on throughout the process, from the appearance of the gummies to the name and flavors.

Shaq's food company investments, collaborations

It’s the latest in a string of food endeavors for the sports broadcaster.

His other investments and collaborations include Big Chicken , the fast-food restaurant chain founded in 2018; O’Neal also owns nine Papa John’s Atlanta-area pizza shops and was a company director for five years; and partnered with Meat District on the Shaq seasoned, ready-to-cook burger patties.
