The Indianapolis Colts are missing several key players on both sides when they meet the Pittsburgh Steelers in NFL Week 4 action.

Center Ryan Kelly (neck) is a late scratch, throwing fourth-round draft pick Tanor Bortolini into the lineup for his first NFL action. The Colts (1-2) on Friday ruled out starting cornerback Kenny Moore II (hip) and pass rusher Kwity Paye (quadriceps).

The Steelers (3-0) will be missing backup running back Jaylen Warren (ankle), guard Isaac Semuola (pectoral), tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee) and linebacker Alex Highsmith (groin). Cornerback Cory Trice (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve earlier in the week.
