The Indianapolis Colts visit the Tennessee Titans in NFL Week 6 action.

Neither team is sure who will play quarterback, though both second-year starters appear ready to come back from injury. Perhaps a bigger question: Can those quarterbacks can be trusted to protect the ball?

For the Colts (2-3), 2023 No. 4 overall NFL Draft pick Anthony Richardson is the No. 1 QB, but he missed most of the past two games with an oblique injury. Joe Flacco played well in Richardson's place. Richardson has thrown 6 interceptions, tied for the NFL lead.

For the Titans (1-3), 2023 No. 33 overall pick Will Levis is the No. 1 QB, but he missed most of Tennessee's Week 4 win over the Miami Dolphins with a shoulder injury. Mason Rudolph led the Titans in Levis' place. Levis has also thrown 6 interceptions.

Tennessee had a Week 5 bye.

The Colts swept last season's series, winning 23-16 in Indianapolis and 31-28 in overtime in Nashville. The Titans have a first-year coach in Brian Callahan. Shane Steichen is in his second season with the Colts.
