The Colts (2-3) started the week as a 1-point favorite. However, their long injury list, accompanied by Titans quarterback Will Levis ' full participation on Wednesday, have made the Titans (1-3) a 2.5-point favorite, according to BetMGM .

Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. (back) is reportedly headed to the sideline for several weeks. Quarterback Anthony Richardson (oblique) was limited in practice Wednesday, and running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) didn't practice. Wide receiver Josh Downs (toe) also didn't practice. They are watching the progress of center Ryan Kelly (neck), cornerback Kenny Moore II (hip) and pass rusher Kwity Paye (quadriceps), who didn't play in their Week 5 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Titans had a Week 5 bye, allowing Levis (shoulder) and defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (elbow) to heal. Levis was a full participant Wednesday, while Simmons was limited.
