Traffic Alert: Watertown’s Boyd Street, North Pearl and Ohio

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – The race to finish projects before the start of winter is on.

The City of Watertown will have work on some more projects on Friday, October 18.

The 200 Block of North Pearl (Columbia Avenue to Ohio Street) and Ohio will be down to a single lane at the intersection of N. Pearl. This is due to the city’s water department inspecting a water main with work expected to be wrapped up by 4 p.m.

Boyd Street will be closed from William Street to Rutland Street for the second consecutive day due to road work. The project should begin by 8 p.m. and finish up by the end of the day.

Work at the railroad crossing on Coffeen Street is also ongoing and should hopefully wrap up on Monday, October 21.
