3 hospitalized in Porter Road crash

Three people were hospitalized after a crash on North Porter Road tonight.

Maricopa police and fire responded to the two-car crash at North Porter Road and Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway at about 9:30 p.m., according to city spokesperson Monica Williams.

InMaricopa reporters saw a white Toyota sedan with damage to its front disabled in the intersection at 10:15 p.m. The second vehicle had already been towed from the scene.

Although there were no serious injuries, Williams confirmed that three people were taken to the hospital as a precaution. The roadway has since been cleared.
