When I need to make 5 or so pounds of wings, I like to bake them in the oven. I can prep before everyone arrives and then not worry about running in and outside to check the grill when everyone arrives. One of my favorite ways to season baked chicken wings is to start with a dry rub. I serve them with just the rub as a seasoning or maybe sauce them up with my homemade Peach BBQ Sauce or Bacon BBQ Sauce.

• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder, mild
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2 tablespoons honey powder, If you do not have honeypowder, substitue brown sugar.
• 4 pounds chicken wings, cut into drumettes and wingettes
