The problem with Buffalo Housing is that a majority of housing is owned by Foreign entities. Toronto business owners, Chinese and other US states. The properties are managed by Management companies that do as little as possible. Look around Management companies post their signs on Housing.1. City of Buffalo Collect back taxes owed. Millions in back taxes are on the rolls. Yet administration wants raising taxes from those paying. 2. if they don't pay take property. Bill them, go after them. lien other properties they own. Use your legal teams. 3. Housing Court is useless if City Doesn't do its part.4. Remember tenants don't take care of property. A few do but most just think rent covers all their damage and their trashy lifestyle. Look up landlord and give him a call.
