Clear Creek Amana's Ty Fuller earns Press-Citizen's Athlete of the Week honors

Clear Creek Amana baseball player Ty Fuller was voted by readers as the Iowa City Press-Citizen's Athlete of the Week for July 15-21.

Fuller took home Athlete of the Week honors with 40% of the vote. Solon softball player Laeni Hinkle placed second with 29% of the vote.

The CCA shortstop helped the Clippers beat Solon, 6-2, in the substate finals on July 16. He went 1-for-3 with two RBIs and scored a run.
