If you're ever in Waterloo, Iowa, and craving some hearty, comforting food, Jameson's Public House should be on your list. My visit there was a delightful journey through some unique dishes. I started with Jameson's hamballs, a must-try appetizer that sets the tone for what's to come. For the main course, the shepherd's pie was a warm, satisfying choice, perfectly cooked and seasoned.
