This has little to do with trespass. It says that a fence recognized as boundary still creates a new boundary after 10 years, however, now when both sides of the fence come under common ownership, the boundary resets itself to the surveyed line even if buildings occupy both sidea if the same line.

I thought this was already law. used to be known as "trespass" law.
