State will support board on PCBs
NEWPORT — The North Country Union High School board hosted several of the state’s highest officials at an emergency meeting Monday night. The purpose was to discuss what to do if levels of PCBs (Polychlorinated Biphenyls) in the wing housing most classrooms are not cut sufficiently after current mitigation efforts are completed in mid-August. Burglary leads to drug and gun charges
