There is this kitten in my apartment complex that belongs to no one. One of my neighbors gives him water but I don’t think they feed him. 

He’s lost significant weight from the last time I saw him. Anyone looking to adopt a cat?! Or any advice on what i should do to help him or who to call to get this kitten help?! 

I wish I could take the kitten in but a family member is extremely allergic to cats 😭😭😩
