    Sicko who raped woman on New York street after asking her for directions hunted by cops

    A man who raped a woman on a New York street after asking her for directions is being hunted. The sick individual stopped the 35-year-old on Bergen Avenue and East 149th Street in Mott Haven, the Bronx .

    He asked her for directions before turning violent and sexually assaulting her at the commercial intersection on the northeast corner of the street. The horror attack took place shortly after 1am on Monday, August 5.

    The man fled on foot, heading east on East 149th Street toward Brook Avenue. The victim was taken to Lincoln Medical Center where she is understood to be in stable condition .

    The NYPD released footage and images of the alleged attacker . He is described as around six feet tall with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with a multi-colored design on the front.

    He was also wearing black pants and black shoes, and was carrying a backpack. In the video clip, the man can be seen looking shifty while seated on the subway with his backpack by his side.
