Police are investigating after a break-in was reported at a Trump campaign office in Virginia.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office was called to an office in Ashburn, Virginia at 9pm on Sunday. They responded to a report of a burglary at the office that is currently being leased by Republic candidate Donald Trump's campaign. The office also operates as the headquarters of the Virginia 10th District Republican Committee.

Seeking information from the public, the Sheriff’s Office released surveillance images of the suspect to the public. In the surveillance video, the suspect is wearing dark clothing, a dark cap and a backpack.

Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman said in a statement: “It is rare to have the office of any political campaign or party broken into. We are determined to identify the suspect, investigate why it happened, and determine what may have been taken as well as what may have been left behind.”

Investigators did not reveal whether anything was actually taken from the office. The reported break-in happened just hours after the Trump campaign said Saturday that it had been hacked.
