The research was conducted by Diamonds Factory Ireland and uncovered the best value destinations in Ireland for those looking to plan a honeymoon there.

They revealed that Ireland has become one of the most sought-after honeymoon destinations in the world.

In fact, searches on Google for "romantic getaway Ireland" have grown significantly over the past few years.

So, where is the best value stay for Honeymoon couples in Ireland? The study analyzed data from Tripadvisor looking at eight of Ireland's most popular counties to come up with the list.

The best-value honeymoon stay in Ireland, according to this research, is The Montenotte Hotel in Cork. "Making the top spot, The Montenotte Hotel in Cork is considered the best value honeymoon hotel, rated 5 stars, and has also won the Trip Advisors Traveller Choice Award 2024," the study revealed.

Following that on the list to take the number two spot is Galway Bay Hotel, followed by Harvey's Point in Co Donegal . The full top five list of the best-value honeymoon stays in Ireland is as follows:

Meanwhile, the study also looked at the best honeymoon stays in specific areas of Ireland. In the country's capital city, that title went to The Merrion Hotel.
