Simone Biles sent out a message that many might find familiar after she celebrated with her fellow Team USA athletes in Paris after a rollercoaster few weeks at the Olympics .

As the curtain fell on the Olympic Games, those US athletes who stayed in France throughout the competition joined in a full-hearted celebration .

After the Closing Ceremony, Simone Biles met up with her teammates at a local hotspot. It seems the celebrated gymnast may have enjoyed herself a bit too much.

On Monday, Biles uploaded several videos to her Instagram showing the final night's festivities in Paris. The first video captures a joyous crowd, including someone brandishing a sign proclaiming "Simone Biles God 4 Life".

Below the video, Biles added the words: "The reason I'm unwell this morning."

In another clip, as the party continued, Biles humorously cautioned her followers, "if you see me out at the club, [please] tell me to go home - for my own sake and health in the am."

Finally, on her Threads account, Biles left a succinct declaration: "I'm never drinking again."

Her celebrations were well-deserved after the United States' impressive performance at the Olympic Games in Paris.

The United States led the medal tally at the 2024 Olympics with a total of 126 medals, including 40 golds, 44 silvers and 42 bronzes. China finished second in the overall count with 91 medals, comprising 40 golds, tying the US for the most tops on the podium, alongside 27 silvers and 24 bronzes.

Gymnastics superstar Simone Biles added four medals to her already impressive collection in Paris: bagging three golds and one silver. At 27, Biles' Olympic haul reached 11, coupled with her 30 World Championship medals, cementing her status as one of the sport's greatest-ever athletes.

Following a challenging time at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which were postponed to the following year due to the Covid pandemic, Biles rebounded spectacularly in Paris. Her Tokyo experience, that took a toll on her mental well-being, is symbolized by a room in her home where all reminders of Japan are locked away.

Her achievements in Paris have made her a standout at the Games. Meanwhile, fans expressed concern when they spotted Biles wearing a medical boot on her left foot during the handover of the Olympic flag with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

In response to worries about her condition, Biles reassured that the boot was solely a precaution. "The calf is good - it's just precautionary, making sure. Just a little bit of soreness," she stated.

"I feel like elite athletes are pretty tough so - through pain or pleasure - we're ready for whatever... but everything is good."

Furthermore, Biles expressed satisfaction with her performance in Paris, stating: "I can't be more proud of how I've done. I'm 27 years old walking away from this games with four medals to add to my collection. Not mad about it. I've accomplished way (more than I thought I would). A couple of years ago, I didn't think I'd be back here."
