Barry Keoghan's love for one particular aspect of life is rumored to have caused his alleged break-up with singer Sabrina Carpenter .

The Saltburn star and the chart-topping Espresso songstress first met at a swanky Givenchy do during Paris Fashion Week in September 2023, and by the following May, they made their romance public at the Met Gala in the Big Apple.

They looked like the perfect pair, with Barry cheering on Sabrina at her Coachella gig and even starring in her music video for Please Please Please, which many felt included anti-Irish lyrics . But now, it seems they've gone their separate ways .

Word on the street is they split three weeks back, as Sabrina preps for her tour, which hits Birmingham in March 2025. A source spilled to The Sun that Barry, 31, just couldn't shake his partying habits, and that was the last straw.

The insider dished: "He has always been a party animal and Sabrina, 25, was fed up with his antics. She is soaring in the charts and is putting herself first as she gears up for her tour next month."

Last month, eagle-eyed fans picked up on hints of trouble in Sabrina's latest music vid featuring Barry, reading into her lyrics as a dig at him . Addressing the fan theories, Sabrina said: "I write songs about exactly how I feel, so I suppose it's not surprising that people are interested in who or what those songs are about. It's part of the job."

She also disclosed that Barry was really impressed with the tune, noting: "He loved it and is obsessed with the lyrics. I'm so grateful for that. I don't want to sound biased, but I think he's one of the best actors of this generation. Seeing him in the video with my song as the soundtrack made it even more special."
