McDonald’s to launch new candy-flavored drink, but only certain customers will get the chance to try it

McDonald’s is planning to launch a new latte flavor that will surely become a favorite among chocolate fans.

The fast food giant is introducing the Twix Latte, which will become available to UK customers on September 4. The Sun reported it will feature Twix flavored syrup, topped with caramel cream and crumbs of the chocolate bar on top.

A medium of the Twix Latte will cost £2.69, while a large is priced at £3,29. It will only be available for six weeks, so fans should grab it as soon as they can.

Along with the new latte flavor, McDonald’s is returning several other items to UK menus. These include a Philly Cheese Stack, Chicken Big Mac, Mozzarella Dippers, Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry and Twix Caramel McFlurry.

They will launch alongside the latte and also run for six weeks.

The news comes shortly after the burger chain announced a popular US drink will soon become available in the UK. That’s the Grimace Shake, which went viral on TikTok when it launched in June of 2023.

It has a purple color, like the McDonald’s character, and a berry and vanilla flavor. It becomes available Aug. 28.

Along with the new menu items, McDonald’s customers can now enjoy certain beverages at a lower price. An Americano or white coffee is now only £1.39, according to the Daily Mail.

McDonald’s has also cut prices on a latte, cappuccino or flat white, which now cost £1.99. Guests can get a better deal on a toffee latte as well, which is available for £2.29.
