Just weeks after clinching the title of most decorated Olympic gymnast of the 21st century , Simone Biles is already back in action, gearing up for the glitzy "Gold Over America" tour set to kick off in a mere three weeks.

The Team USA gymnastics sensation shared an Instagram story on Saturday captioned "first day back," signaling her return to training following interesting discussions about her long-term Olympic prospects with journalists in Paris.

The petite powerhouse dazzled once again in Paris, propelling the US team to triumph in the team event and edging out Rebeca Andrade in the individual all-around.

Biles bagged both gold and silver in the vault and floor exercise, respectively, equalling Vera Caslavska's record for second-most medals ever, and responded with a cheerfully vague comment regarding her Olympic future.

Simone Biles indulges in a luxurious treat to celebrate her Paris Olympics triumphRebeca Andrade is outspoken about her thoughts on Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles' show of support.

"You know, you never say never. The next Olympics is on home turf," Biles remarked. "So you just never know. I'm just going to relax and see where life takes me. Never say never. Next Olympics are at home. So you just never know. I am getting really old."

Biles has pointed out that the 2028 Olympics are set for Los Angeles , which was announced in spectacular fashion at this summer's closing ceremonies with Hollywood icon Tom Cruise making a dramatic entrance from the rooftop of the Stade de France, carrying the historic Olympic five-ringed flag back to Tinseltown.

This presents an exciting chance for Biles to perform in a prominent international contest on her own turf, as it'll be the first Olympics in the United States since 1996, despite having missed the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon after stepping away from the sport for some time.

Should she choose to compete in 2028, Biles would defy expectations yet again considering her age; already having been the oldest American to participate since 1952 at 27 years old in this summer's games, Biles could surpass Maria Gorokhovskaya as the most senior all-around champion ever.

In the interim, Biles is concentrating on her "Gold Over America" tour, a celebration which blends high-standard gymnastics with a grand dose of spectacle and artistic style. This show not only showcases Biles but also stars a multitude of prominent Team USA gymnasts, including Jordan Chiles and Jade Carey.

"It's kind of a celebration, Party in the USA. Very high-energy performance. Very good music and excitement," Biles described the tour as akin to Dancing With the Stars but a gymnastics version. "We have our Olympians, men, and women, as well as some guest appearances from outside the country."

The tour kicks off on September 16 in Oceanside, California , and after crisscrossing through 21 states, Biles will conclude her showcase in Detroit's Little Caesar's Arena on November 3. Her inaugural "Gold Over America" tour in 2021 raked in $19.3 million.
