Harry Styles sparks huge rumor as he's spotted supporting ex band member at Manchester gig

Former One Direction stars Harry Styles and Niall Horan sent fans into a frenzy after Styles attended Horan’s show in Manchester last night.

Styles joins a list of famous faces who have attended The Show: Live on Tour. The 30-year-old singer quietly turned up to support his former bandmate, accompanied by his mother, Ann Twist. The pair watched the show from a private box. Styles veered away from his signature eccentric stage outfits, instead opting for a yellow jacket, white T-shirt and jeans.

Excited One Direction fans captured footage of Styles dancing and singing along to the 2014 One Direction hit, Stockholm Syndrome, which Niall Horan has adapted for this tour.

After the show, Styles was filmed greeting Horan’s family and hugging his girlfriend, Amelia Wooley. Social media blew up after fans shared the videos of Styles dancing to his band’s old song. Rumors swirled about the bandmates having rocky relationships towards the end of their run as the world’s biggest boy band. These seemed likely to be true when they were rarely seen interacting after the band broke up.

In April 2023, Niall seemingly squashed the rumors, telling Esquire: “We always try and support each other where we can. We're all texting each other individually, if anyone's got a song coming out or a thing, even outside of work, we know we have each other.”

One Direction fans shared their hopes that they might enjoy the same fortune as Oasis fans, who recently learned the band was coming back for a reunion tour , after a 15-year hiatus. Niall has previously said that he would be open to a reunion.
