Netflix is adding 38 new movies and shows this week including can't miss new thriller

As September sets in it's heading towards the time for cosy evenings in, comforting dinners and planning those all important Halloween decorations.

The good news is Netflix have plenty of new additions coming this week to aid you in enjoying some well-earned downtime and escaping with a good movie, or series, or documentary, or reality show. The streaming giant has a whopping 38 offerings being added this week so there really is something for everyone.

Apollo 13: Survival makes it's Netflix debut on Thursday, September 5 and tells the tragic story of the failed moon mission. The show gives viewers all the details of how NASA tried to get their astronauts home alive after the spacecraft they were travelling on began running out of oxygen.

Thursday also sees the arrival of The Perfect Couple, with the gripping miniseries starring big name actors such as Dakota Fanning, Nicole Kidman, Eve Hewson, Liev Schreiber, and Meghann Fahy. The plot focuses on a wedding that very quickly turns sourwhen a body turns up and everyone becomes a suspect.

If you're ready for a realit fixand want to have a nosey at rich people's houses then Selling Sunset Seson 8 will make its debut on Friday, September 6. Expect the usual dose of drama, scandal, and outrageously priced properties for your viewing pleasure.

Other additions this week include Jaws 1-3 on Sunday, September 1, Call the Midwife series 13 on Monday, September 2, and Untold: Hope Solo vs. U.S. Soccer on Tuesday, September 3.
