McDonald’s is launching a new twist on a fan favorite item, but you have to be in Canada to get it.

The fast food chain is offering a new breakfast item to Canadian customers, leaving US fans jealous . It unveiled Breakfast Snack Wraps, which is reminiscent of the Snack Wrap that was discontinued over seven years ago.

The wraps come in three flavors, according to Snackolater. For a more classic breakfast option, you can get the Sausage, Bacon & Egg Wrap, which has egg, sausage, bacon, cheese, mayo, and a hashbrown.

An option that would be perfect for brunch includes the Chicken Wrap, complete with chicken, lettuce, mayo, and hashbrown.

And for fans of a little heat, there’s the Spicy Egg & Hashbrown Wrap, which comes with egg, lettuce, tomato, habanero sauce, cheese, and a hashbrown.

Fans of the wraps were livid over the limited release.

One person wrote, "In Canada… of course. And why can’t we have the ones back that we love?!" while another said, "Gotta move to Canada I cant take this anymore."

While the wraps aren’t available in the US, they could be coming sometime in the future. Menu items are sometimes tested in other countries before they reach the US market.

One of the most highly requested items from customers is the Snack Wrap. It was discontinued in 2016 due to employee complaints, saying it was too complicated to make.

Last year, McDonald’s USA President Joe Erlinger announced the chain will be launching a McCrispy line, which will feature old and new versions of their chicken offerings. While it didn’t specify Snack Wraps, it said McCrispy items will be in nearly all markets by 2025.
