Eve Hewson reveals Nicole Kidman's annoying habit on The Perfect Couple set in expletive-filled admission

Eve Hewson recently revealed behind-the-scenes secrets from the set of new Netflix show, The Perfect Couple. The Irish actress admitted there was one habit that most of the cast shared, that drove her crazy.

In a “Best friends quiz” Hewson chatted with costar and real life friend, Dakota Fanning , answering questions where the pair had to write down answers on a board. When asked, “Who drinks more coffee?” Eve was quick to admit that it was her.

“I’m just a ‘one-a-day’” Fanning said. She continued pointing out the outrageous coffee consumption on the set of the show. “This set, and the crazy coffee-heads that we had to deal with!” she said with a sigh.

Hewson laughed as Fanning continued, “Billy, Ishaan, Sam - by the end - Jack.”

“And Liev,” Hewson chimed in. “And then Nicole (Kidman) got into it!”

“They had this grinder, with espresso beans,” Fanning explained, “so all they were doing was sitting there, grinding and grinding, going to get the hot water....”

“All day long,” Hewson agreed, laughing. “That’s literally all they did."

“At the start it was so funny, like ‘oh they’re grinding their beans,’ and by the end we were like, ‘If we hear the sound of that ------- grinder.”

“And then Nicole came in and was like, ‘Oh, I’ll bring you my own coffee beans!’ we were like, no! Don’t do it.”

Hewson and Fanning are part of the stellar cast in the new series which debuted on Netflix this week. The murder-mystery show follows a wealthy family living in Cape Cod, Massachusetts , who are preparing for a family wedding when tragedy strikes. Irish actors Eve Hewson and Jack Reynor star alongside Hollywood greats, like Nicole Kidman and Dakota Fanning.
