Sean "Diddy" Combs is no longer under suicide watch , reports indicate. Charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and other serious allegations, the renowned hip hop mogul was detained on Monday, 16 September, and has been repeatedly denied bail, requiring him to stay at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as his trial date in October approaches.

The jail where the rapper is housed has been compared to "hell on Earth" due to its "abhorrent" conditions .

Despite offering a whopping $50 million bond via his legal team, prosecutors dismissed this proposal. Diddy has firmly rejected all accusations against him and pleaded not guilty to the charges. Earlier accounts suggested that Diddy was under suicide watch and had even stopped eating. However, he is currently reported to be "focused" on his impending trial preparations.

Amid the chaos there have been claims linking P Diddy to scandals involving Russell Brand and cursed films, while Kendra Wilkinson, one of Hugh Hefner's exes from Playboy, sought to clarify remarks she made about 'sex' parties hosted by Diddy , reports the Mirror US .

An insider shared with PEOPLE magazine that he has been taken off suicide watch and that family visits have occurred at the detention facility. A representative of Diddy's legal team expressed the rapper's resilient state, saying: "He is focused and very strong." They also noted: "He is concentrating on his defense and preparing for his trial."

A source revealed to PEOPLE earlier this month that Diddy had been put on suicide watch as a precautionary step, given the uncertainty around his mental state in the wake of shocking events. The National Institute of Corrections under the US Department of Justice defines suicide watch as the "supervisory precautions taken for suicidal inmates that require frequent observation."

Diddy's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, confirmed on Wednesday, September 18 that his client was being held in a special housing unit providing "extra layer of security."

Despite a request for Diddy's transfer to a New Jersey prison, it remains at the discretion of the Bureau of Prisons following a judge's ruling. This section at MDC is cut off from the general jail population.

Following the closure of the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan back in 2021 by the Bureau of Prisons, MDC has assumed the role of primary federal detention center in NYC. Reports of regular lockdowns, violent incidents, and a spike in stabbings have emerged, with claims describing MDC as "hell on earth" and an "ongoing tragedy."

Lies ... Anything for views. I'm sticking with Puff .. This trail is bs , if you wanna put him jail cause he hit that woman OK I know how you feel, but that's not life in jail that is a couple years for a heated mistake because she was stealing money from him, but thats another story ..The media has everyone so pissed at Puff that nobody is looking at the phony charges . Everybody has heard the rumors about these "so called freak offs" but it's no proof not on the tapes nothing. People are getting paid to act like more happen then it did and sue because they never got rich off him and held grudges. The bigger picture is that they are destroying and ripping apart a Black man. He ain't perfect, but if you don't see what's going on here than you are a blind hater.
