Prince Louis, the youngest Royal child of Prince William and Princess Kate, is quite the character. The six-year-old lad is often spotted being a bit cheeky, pulling funny faces at his mum, or having a laugh with his siblings and cousins.

At one of his first official outings in 2023, we caught more glimpses of Prince Louis's playful personality when he joined his family for the Big Help Out in Slough. The young prince lent a hand at the 3rd Upton Scouts Hut, where he was seen painting, fixing up a path, and even pushing a wheelbarrow alongside Princess Kate.

His elder brother, Prince George, aged 11, wasn't left out either, as he took control of a digger under the watchful eye of their dad, Prince William. Spotting his big brother on the digger, Prince Louis couldn't resist and exclaimed to Princess Kate: "I want to go in with him!," reports the Express .

After putting in some effort, Louis was treated to toasted marshmallows turned into s'mores. He was seen enjoying the sticky treat, licking it off his fingers before diving in.

And in a light-hearted moment, Prince William quipped, "You won't hear a peep out of him now", drawing laughter from those around. As the event wound down, Princess Kate encouraged little Louis to dispose of his stick, revealing her affectionate nickname for him in the process. "Pop that on the fire, Lou-bugs," she said.

Scout leader Simon Carter later recounted to HELLO! the family's self-driven trip to Slough, observing: "[Prince Louis] was really excited. They all got presented with a Big Help Out badge at the end, so they all got a Scouts scarf. He was the one who ran away with the wheelbarrow. He was the one who was digging sand and getting stuck in and doing things."

Prince Louis has frequently been the center of attention, most notably during his antics at the Platinum Jubilee Pageant while seated in front of Buckingham Palace, where he famously made faces at Princess Kate. At points during the parade, the prince was seen placing his hand over his mother's mouth and tweaking his own nose with his thumb.

He covered his eyes, yawned, and then toddled off to Prince William, climbing onto the Duke's lap as the grand finale of the Jubilee weekend commenced.
