An American couple believe they've cracked the code to a long life , aiming for the ripe age of 150, and they're not shy about sharing their longevity strategy with the world.

Kayla Barnes-Lentz, 33, and her husband Warren Lentz, 36, hailing from Cleveland, have been married for a year following a whirlwind nine-month romance. The pair are so smitten that they're gunning for a future together until they're 150, a goal they believe is within reach by "optimizing their mind and body."

Their routine includes rising before the sun, alternating sessions in a hyperbaric chamber, dining at 5.30 pm sharp, and going to bed by 9 pm , they told The Guardian.

Kayla, who co-runs Longevity Clinic LYV the Wellness Space, and her marketing guru spouse Warren kick off their day with Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF), which perks up their cells and slashes inflammation, reports the Mirror .

Post-therapy, they hit the gym, take a sunrise stroll, enjoy an organic breakfast, and then round it off with chilly plunges and turns in their hyperbaric chamber, a high-pressure pod pumping pure oxygen that's said to boost healing and combat infections.

And how did this health-conscious duo cross paths?

They connected on a dating app, and health was on the agenda from the get-go. "Health was brought up immediately," Kayla revealed. "I also asked for his labs on our second call."

She even sent her now husband additional tests to do, including a gut check, comprehensive blood panel, genetic screening, and a total toxic burden assessment.

A strict 5:30 pm dinner time, a post-meal stroll, basking in red light after dark, and going to bed at 9:30 PM are all part of their stringent daily routine. It's a way of life that wouldn't sit well with everybody not just because of the commitment required, but the hefty price tag too; this pair forks out a six-figure sum each year in their quest to cheat the aging process.

Abiding by an exacting schedule, they've set their sights on reaching the grand old age of 150, practically doubling the usual 76 years the average American can expect to live. Kids are also in the couple's future plans.

Kayla's been prepping her body for motherhood long-term and intends to raise any offspring with similar principles.

"We will try and simplify their lives and focus on no screen time, playing outdoors, getting dirty, being in nature and the sun," shared Kayla. "I am excited to teach them the beauty and power of well-grown food and how it can make them feel incredible. We want to empower them to make the right choices and lead by example."
