    Controversial series knocked off Netflix top spot by newcomer everyone is raving about

    Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story has been knocked off the Netflix No 1 spot .

    The controversial Ryan Murphy made true-crime thriller has been bumped to second place after Kristen Bell/Adam Brody comedy Nobody Wants This from creator Erin Foster gained popularity with viewers.

    Nobody Wants This was the No. 1 English speaking TV program on Netflix for the week of September 13, with 15.9 million views in its second week.

    Monsters meanwhile maintained a very healthy 13.1 million views which gave it a comfortable shift into the No 2 spot. Nobody Wants This made its debut last week at No. 2 with 10.3 million views in its first four days of streaming.

    Monsters is still a force to be reckoned with having spent the previous two weeks at No. 1, with 19.5 million views on the chart last week. At No 3 on the English chart was Season 7 of romantic reality show Love Is Blind which garnered a healthy 5.2 million views, with Season 3 of coming-of-age drama Heartstopper snatching the No 4 spot with 4.5 million views.

    Meanwhile, Nicole Kidman's The Perfect Couple is still doing it for viewers in its fifth week on the chart and sitting pretty at No 5 with 3.8 million views.

    WWE CEO Vince McMahon docuseries Mr. McMahon was at No 6 in its second week on the English TV list with 3.4 million views, a slight drop from 4.9 million viewers last week for its first five days on the streaming service.

    Emily in Paris Season 4 is also still going strong remaining in the top 10 for its eighth week on the chart, with 2.6 million views.

    When it came to the English films List, Tim Burton's Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children hit the No 1 spot with 7.1 million views.
