Sean 'P Diddy' Combs is facing serious accusations in a new civil lawsuit, where he's been charged with "orally raping" a man at the Macy's Flagship store in New York City .

The alleged assault is reported to have occurred in May 2008. Court documents obtained by The Mirror US detail that the accuser was in the stockroom of Macy's when P Diddy and his three bodyguards came in.

In addition to the civil case, Combs is also up against several criminal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. Combs has firmly denied all the claims and entered a not-guilty plea in court.

In the lawsuit, the plaintiff describes being unexpectedly "flanked" and receiving a heavy blow "hit hard around the base of the neck". Following this alleged attack, he asserts he was "orally raped" by Diddy, reports the Mirror US .

The legal claim includes an accusation that Diddy said: "Suck my d--- Ecko," in reference to the Ecko Clothing brand the complainant was employed by. Post the alleged incident, the accuser states that Combs and his entourage threatened him.

Furthermore, the lawsuit accuses Combs of continuing to distribute merchandise on the shop floor "as if nothing happened" after the event. The accuser alleges that despite reporting the assault to Macy's security, no measures were taken.

Diddy is facing six new lawsuits, with a staggering total of 120 alleged victims preparing legal action, claiming the music mogul harmed them. Solicitor Tony Buzbee spoke of plans to file these accusations against Diddy, involving 25 minors among the complainants.

Buzbee revealed this massive lawsuit fallout in a media briefing. Following the press buzz, Diddy's legal representative Erica Wolff came forward to dismiss the clamor, expressing that Diddy "cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus."

Erica Wolff elaborated further: "That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation."

Moreover, Combs' legal team are hitting back hard at the multiple claims. They told The Mirror US: "The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today's barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity."

They doubled down on their stance: "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone-adult or minor, man or woman."
