The mystery of Tupac's death lingers after he was shot dead in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996. A staggering $50 million lawsuit has been lodged in the District Court of Northern California , alleging the woman encountered one of Diddy's friends at a bar in 2018, reports the Mirror .
According to documents obtained by Mail Online, the friend phoned Diddy in an attempt to "impress the people with his famous friend."
The claimant alleges she expressed her suspicion of Diddy's involvement in Tupac's death during the call, leading to Diddy purportedly warning her she would "pay" for her remarks.
The legal action further contends that approximately a month following their bar meeting, Diddy's friend invited her to his residence under the pretense of needing assistance with his cancer medication, citing weakness as a reason for his inability to manage his own drugs.
The accuser claims that upon her arrival, Diddy was unexpectedly present and allegedly brandished a knife, threatening her face and menacingly suggesting he could carve her cheeks into a "Glasgow smile."
The lawsuit also alleged that she was subjected to a harrowing ordeal, including being threatened with being sent abroad, never to be seen again. According to the filing, Diddy allegedly removed her clothes, applied an "oil or lubricant" to her body, and then forcibly inserted a TV remote into her vagina.
The document stated: "'Diddy, while violently raping [the alleged victim] with a television remote, told Plaintiff that her life was in his hands and that if he wanted he could "take her" and she would never be seen again."
It is claimed that Diddy was taken aback when she attempted to leave, as he had allegedly administered "enough drugs to take out a horse". The lawsuit further alleged that Diddy had expressed that he had enjoyed partying with her, but when she accused him of rape, he offered to pay her to claim it was consensual.
She allegedly refused and threatened to report him, prompting Diddy to allegedly threaten her family. A friend of his reportedly showed her what appeared to be a livestream from outside her sister's home.
The lawsuit also alleged that Diddy boasted about getting away with more serious crimes, seemingly referencing Tupac's death. This allegedly upset one of the other men present, who drew a gun and demanded that Diddy repeat his claims.
The alleged victim reportedly attempted to grab the gun before it went off, and then chased after him with a knife when he fled. According to the lawsuit, she eventually caught up to him, at which point he begged for his life.
She reportedly dashed for the door instead of attacking him, but when Diddy blocked her way, she slashed his abdomen before fleeing and purportedly seeking assistance at a neighbor's house.
The legal claim further detailed that she informed a responding law enforcement officer about the assault. After alleging the officer was unhelpful, she claimed to have visited a doctor three days later but delayed hospital treatment for three weeks due to the severity of her injuries.
It was at the hospital that a rape kit was conducted.
Nevertheless, she expressed being too frightened to file a statement against Diddy and is believed to have omitted his name from the report "because she believed she would be ignored... and/or would be further harmed by defendant Diddy if he discovered she named him to police."

if I was violently abused by a famous person and found out later he was denied bail I would feel safer to come out and expose this person by telling my story. Only a person who has been violently abused and threatened to be silent would understand the victim.
