Shocking results from an initial post-mortem examination revealed that Liam Payne of One Direction fame suffered "multiple traumas" leading to "internal and external bleeding."

The tragedy occurred after a fall from the third-floor balcony of his hotel room on October 16 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before his untimely demise, hotel workers urgently contacted emergency services, worried about his safety.

The early autopsy was conducted by the Forensic Medical Corps at the Judicial Morgue located on Viamonte Street, with Infobae obtaining access to the preliminary outcomes.

The findings are consistent with the injuries expected from a ten-meter descent which Liam endured from his room's balcony at Casa Sur hotel on Godoy Cruz Street, reports the Express US .

The report notes that toxicological examinations along with anatomical-pathological tests of his tissues and fluids are being carried out to detect any sign of drug use.

Also, there may be an effort to access the late X Factor contestant's medical records for insights into his psychological well-being. These investigations are currently under the direction of Prosecutor No 16, Andres Madrea, with Deputy Secretary Maria Florencia Lavaggi collecting statements. The complete results of the autopsy will be revealed when available, as stated by The Mirror.

Forensic experts from the Mobile Criminalistics Unit of the Buenos Aires City Police collected evidence from the hotel room at Casa Sur. Items found at the scene included a bottle of whiskey, a lighter, and a mobile phone that could belong to Liam, all with fingerprints on them.

The police also discovered a white powder in the room, along with medications like clonazepam and energy pills. A notebook and the musician's passport were also seized and handed over to Prosecutor No.16.

The dude played Superman, launched himself off a balcony, and splattered on the ground. You don't need a degree to figure out how he died. The EMTs didn't even work on him. That probably means his head was...damaged. 🤯
