Photos purportedly from Liam Payne's hotel room have emerged , allegedly showing drugs and half-empty alcoholic drinks.

The ex-One Direction member met a tragic end on Wednesday night at just 31 years old. While at Casa Sur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he sustained "extremely serious injuries that led to his immediate death" due to a fall from a balcony on the third floor.

First shared by La Nacion, Argentina's major daily newspaper, the images also display a charred soda can, aluminum foil, and a damaged TV. These photos follow details from the 911 call made by a hotel manager shortly before Payne's demise, reports the Mirror US .

The head of reception at Hotel Casa Sur made a pair of urgent calls to emergency services. In the first call, the manager expressed to a 911 operator: "We have a guest who's off his head on drugs and is destroying everything in his room. We need someone to come."

As the initial phone connection dropped, the manager rang again, stressing to the dispatcher: "I don't know if the guest's life is in danger." Fearing the possible consequences, he continued: "The room has a balcony and we are afraid he might do something."

In a matter of seconds, the employee, who revealed only his name as Esteban, insisted: "Just send an ambulance, only an ambulance."

A troubling call made to 911 from a hotel in the local area was leaked last night and revealed a distressing situation. The recording kicked off with the 911 operator asking: "Hello, where is the emergency?."

A clearly concerned employee from Casa Sur Palermo Hotel responded, stating: "Hello, good afternoon. I called just now but the line went dead. I'm calling from the Casa Sur Palermo Hotel, address 6032, Costa Rica."

As the call unfolded, the 911 responder inquired: "What happened there, sir? ". The hotel staffer explained: "Well, we have a guest who is off his head on drugs and alcohol. And well, when he is conscious he is destroying everything in the room. And well, we need you to send someone, please."

The conversation continued with the 911 operative clarifying: "Under the effects of alcohol and drugs, did you say sir? " To which the answer came back, confirming, "correct". The employee went on: "We need you to send someone urgently because, well, I don't know if the guest's life is in danger. They must be in a room that has a balcony. And well, we're a little bit worried he'll do something, that he'll put his life at risk."

911 queried: "How long has he been there? Or is it a residential hotel? " To which the person on the line from the hotel said: "No, no. He's been here two or three days."

In closing off the reported exchange, the hotel representative expressed their inability to access the room and pleaded for immediate help.
