Bryson DeChambeau has offloaded his £2.2million luxury mansion in Texas - parting company with his golf simulator in the process.

Since turning pro in 2016, DeChambeau has made a name for himself, bagging two US Opens, nine PGA Tour wins, and two victories on the LIV circuit. With tournament winnings and a reported net worth of $44million (£33.6m), DeChambeau has been living the high life.

Until recently, he resided in a plush 5,500 square-foot home in the posh Melshire Estates area of Dallas. Built in 2018 and purchased by DeChambeau that same year, the house is a modern open-plan space with all the luxuries a golfer could want.

It features a large living area with a cosy fireplace, a sleek chef's kitchen with a sizeable prep island, and a main bathroom with a standalone tub. The property boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with all the amenities to keep any ambitious golfer entertained.

One room where DeChambeau likely spent many hours is the golf simulator. Golf star Bryson DeChambeau gave HD Golf an exclusive tour of his home, which includes a vast projector screen, pitching turf, and ample room for both club and ball storage.

However, he confessed one issue with the impressive setup: "It's kind of cool - not big enough for drivers so yes! I don't get to practice drivers - that's why I'm building a new house." Additionally, DeChambeau shared that while there isn't space to practice driving, there's a good deal of room to hone his skills with irons.

The golfer's former luxurious abode also boasts a four-car garage turned personal gym and games area with a pool table in it. Not just indoor glamour, the property features enticing outdoor amenities, including an all-weather kitchen, ideal for summer barbecues, a swimming pool and spa, and a snug firepit for chillier evenings.

The sale of DeChambeau's lush former residence began in April at a modest $3.2million (£2.4m), and though the final sum paid remains under wraps, the latest asking price was reported at around $3million (£2.2m). On the topic of the house, listing agent and DeChambeau's pal Jessica Smotherman of Rogers Healy and Associates said: "We love that house.

"We spent a lot of time in that house, and I know that he [DeChambeau] loves that house. He won his first major while living there. So we have a lot of really fond memories celebrating with family and friends and holidays and stuff in that house."
