Bryson DeChambeau, the 31-year-old golf sensation, has just sold his $3million luxury mansion in Dallas , Texas . Since turning pro in 2016, DeChambeau has made a name for himself, securing two US Opens, nine PGA Tour wins, and two victories on the LIV circuit.

With tournament winnings and a reported net worth of $44million (£33.6m), DeChambeau has been able to indulge in life's luxuries. Until recently, he lived in a lavish 5,500-square-foot home in the posh Melshire Estates area of Texas.

Built in 2018 and purchased by DeChambeau that same year, the house is a modern open-plan space with all the amenities a golfer could want. It features a large living area with a cozy fireplace, a sleek chef's kitchen with a sizeable prep island, and a main bathroom with a free-standing tub.

The property boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with all the utilities needed to keep an ambitious golfer entertained. One room where DeChambeau likely spent many hours is the golf simulator.

Golf pro DeChambeau's home, which hit the market in April with a tag of $3.2 million and was recently listed at $3 million, boasts an impressive setup for improving his golf game, although he revealed it has its limitations. Chatting with HD Golf during a tour, DeChambeau explained: "It's kind of cool - not big enough for drivers so yes! I don't get to practice drivers - that's why I'm building a new house," reports the Express .

While driving may be off the cards, the space is amply suited for iron shots, aiding him in honing his skills where needed.

The golfer's pad doesn't just cater to his sport though; it features a converted four-car garage that serves as a personal gym and a games area containing a billiards table. Step outside to find more delights, including a well-equipped covered kitchen, ideal for barbecue sessions, plus a swimming pool with spa facilities, and a snug fire pit for those brisk autumn evenings.

Real estate agent Jessica Smotherman of Rogers Healy and Associates, a pal of DeChambeau, expressed her fondness for the property, saying: "We love that house.

"We spent a lot of time in that house, and I know that he [DeChambeau] loves that house. He won his first major while living there. So we have a lot of really fond memories celebrating with family and friends and holidays and stuff in that house."
