Always Alpha, the first management firm fully focused on women’s sports , set the scene earlier this week with the star-studded launch.

CBS broadcaster Amanda Balionis shared images on social media while at the event, wearing a chiffon leopard print blouse and matching brown leather skirt.

Allyson Felix, the retired 7-time Olympic champion and founder of Always Alpha, thanked Balionis for attending the event, highlighting that together they are “breaking barriers and paving the way for the future of women’s sports.”

The 39-year-old attended the launch of the new firm to show her support for women in sports, as she’s been open about what it’s like to be a female in the sports world.

Balionis told Modern Wellness Guide that as a woman within the sports industry, there isn't as much space to make mistakes as there is for men.

    Her advice? “Always be prepared."

“Felix continues to advocate for athletes. Always Alpha is the first sports management company “fully focused on women’s sports,” Balionis has said of her friend's venture.
