Alabama animal group offering spay, neuter deals this summer

IRONDALE, Ala ( WIAT ) — Until the end of August, qualifying families can get their pets spayed or neutered for a discounted price at the Alabama Spay/Neuter Clinic .

According to the group’s Facebook page, qualifying households can get up to three pets spayed or neutered for $25 per pet. In order to be eligible for this special, a family member must verify enrollment in one or more government assistance programs.

Alabama Spay/Neuter is located in Irondale, but it serves a much larger surrounding community, spanning across 16 North and Central Alabama Counties. The clinic’s “Hip to Snip Express” transportation service allows pet owners to drop their pets off at designated pick-up spots in surrounding counties for $8.

The summer special cannot be combined with any other specials that are offered by the clinic. Appointments can be made by calling Alabama Spay/Neuter at 205-956-0012.
