WHITE TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Clearfield County man was charged with robbery and other crimes following investigation into an incident yesterday in Indiana County. Nicholas Joseph Holbert, 22, of Osceola Mills was charged with one felony count of robbery and misdemeanor counts of possessing instruments of crime and theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
