    Fatal Intersection Collision Sparks Manhunt for Hit-and-Run Driver

    Orlando, FL - In a devastating incident that unfolded on the evening of [Date], a collision at the intersection of Oak Ridge Road and S John Young Parkway in Orlando has resulted in the death of a 27 year-old motorcyclist and sparked a manhunt for the driver who fled the scene.

    According to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reports, a 2022 Toyota Camry was traveling westbound on Oak Ridge Road. As it approached the intersection with S John Young Parkway, it came to a halt inside the intersection, adhering to a red traffic light. Concurrently, a 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R motorcycle was advancing northbound on S John Young Parkway. In a harrowing turn of events, the motorcycle continued through the intersection, directly into the path of the Toyota Camry.

    The impact was catastrophic, with the motorcycle striking the left rear of the sedan. This collision resulted in the rider being ejected from the motorcycle and suffering fatal injuries. Emergency services rushed the rider to ORMC, where they were later pronounced dead.

    In a shocking development, the driver of the Toyota Camry exited the vehicle immediately after the crash and fled the scene on foot, leaving behind a passenger who was unharmed and cooperated with the authorities. The FHP has launched an intensive search for the hit-and-run driver, described as a black male wearing a black shirt, tan pants, and white shoes.
