A new restaurant has opened in Rockford, Ohio

A new restaurant has come to Rockford.

Are you in the mood for pizza? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out the new restaurant The Panther’s Den, which is located in Rockford at 101 N Main St (where Subway used to be). According to this social media post from the local chamber of commerce, the new restaurant celebrated its grand opening on February 15 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The new restaurant's menu includes pizzas. You can build your own pizza and add toppings such as onions, peppers, jalapenos, banana peppers, olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, chicken, and/or pulled pork.

The Panther's Den also offers specialty pizzas like the Meat Lovers pizza (which is topped with pepperoni, ham, sausage, and bacon), Supreme pizza (which is topped with pepperoni, ham, bacon, peppers, onions, olives, and mushrooms), BBQ chicken pizza (which is topped with chicken strips, onions, and BBQ sauce), CBR (which stands for chicken, bacon, and ranch), the Victory Dance (which is topped with extra pepperoni, cheese, and hot honey), the Hawaiian (which is topped with ham, pineapple, cherries, and hot honey), the Hot Dog (which is a spicy pizza topped with pepperoni, sausage, ham, onions, peppers, banana peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, cayenne pepper, and ghost pepper sauce), and the taco pizza, which is topped with queso, beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, mushrooms, salsa, nacho chips, and black beans.

Aside from pizza, the menu includes tacos (you can get your tacos with beef, steak, chicken, shrimp, or pulled pork), burritos (which you can get with beef, steak, or chicken), bowls (which you can get with beef, steak, chicken, shrimp, or pulled pork), nachos (the menu includes nachos & cheese as well as loaded nachos, pulled pork nachos, steak nachos, and chicken nachos), and quesadillas, which you can get with cheese, beef, steak, or chicken.

Also on the menu are salads, chicken wings (which you can get with one of the following sauces: BBQ, boom boom, sweet heat, or Wow), walking tacos, and chips with queso. During Lent, the restaurant is offering fish wings.

If you have room for something sweet, the Panther's Den serves cookies.
