Do you not feel like cooking at home this Easter? If the answer is yes, you might want to consider checking out Cherry Valley Hotel, which is located in Newark at 2299 Cherry Valley Rd SE. Per a Facebook event page from the hotel's restaurant The Craftsman Kitchen & Terrace, Cherry Valley is serving an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet on March 31 from 10:30 AM to 4 PM.

Per The Craftsman Kitchen & Terrace's website, the buffet includes starters like Cherry Valley salad (which is made with red onions, dried cherries, chevre cheese, and cherry vinaigrette), sliced fruit, minestrone soup, and lox & bagels with capers, crumbled egg, and red onion.

Also on the menu are breakfast items like breakfast pastries (including croissants, muffins, fruit preserves, and cinnamon maple butter), scrambled eggs (which have cheese and chives), a pancake bar (which has whipped cream, maple syrup, butter, chocolate chips, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, and fruit compote), vegetable frittata, Applewood smoked bacon, country sausage links, and made-to-order omelets (you can get your omelets filled with ingredients like ham, bacon, sausage, cheddar, provolone, peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and/or spinach).

In addition, the buffet will have dishes like chicken & dumplings, baked cod with garlic Cajun butter, penne vegetable primavera, vegetable medley (which includes carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli), wild rice pilaf (which is made with tart cherries and roasted almonds), and Boursin whipped potatoes. There will also be a carving station with baked honey ham and beef strip loin.

If you have children, there will be kid-friendly items like chicken tenders, mac & cheese, tater tots, and apple sauce. If you have room for dessert, there will be sweet treats like black forest cake, cherry vanilla Betty, carrot cake, coconut cream pie, cookies, and brownies.

If you want something to drink, the buffet includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, and chilled juices.

The cost of the buffet is $54 per adult, $22 per child aged 7 to 12, and free for children aged 6 and under.

Reservations are required. To make one, go on Resy or call (740) 788 - 1200.
