A new restaurant has opened in Fairview Park, Ohio

A new restaurant has opened for business in Fairview Park.

Are you craving Mexican fare? If the answer is yes, you may want to visit the new restaurant Padrino’s, which is located in Fairview Park at 3120 Westgate Mall Dr. According to the restaurant's social media account, Padrino's celebrated its grand opening on April 29.

The new restaurant's menu includes appetizers like Rocky River guacamole, Fairview Park salsa, avocado rolls, choriqueso, tamales, and corn dip. Also featured on the menu are tacos, which come with cilantro, onion, your choice of sauce, and your choice of one of the following proteins: steak, pastor, grilled chicken, shredded chicken, carnitas, birria, ribeye, lengua, grilled shrimp, or tilapia.

Furthermore, customers can get tortas (which come with your choice of protein and toppings such as avocado, refried beans, mayo, cheese, onions, tomatoes, pickled jalapenos, shredded lettuce, et cetera), quesadillas, nachos, burritos (which are stuffed with beans, rice, and your choice of protein, and are served with green sauce, cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, and guacamole), and pambazo, which is a sandwich with fried bread that's soaked in a red pepper sauce, and filled with ingredients like chorizo and potatoes.

In addition, the menu includes dishes like fajitas (which are served on a sizzling platter with various veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes plus your choice of protein; all fajitas also come with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and tortillas), carne asada, enchiladas, chimichangas, and more.

Do you have room for something sweet? The restaurant offers choco flan, tres leches cake, churros, and Padrino's cheesecake.

If you want something to drink, Padrino's offers a variety of margaritas and cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages like soft drinks and horchata.
